If you exceed your included AI minutes (plus any purchased minute packs), overage is billed at $0.49 per additional minute on your next invoice. We'll notify you before usage becomes a surprise. Accounts with billing issues or abuse may be limited.
AI minutes are billed in 1-minute increments, rounded up to the nearest minute. A 2-minute 12-second call counts as 3 minutes — standard practice across all AI voice platforms.
